Returns & Refunds

We want you to be happy with your Ordinary Artful purchase.

Customers may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving their order, subject to applicable Egyptian consumer-protection laws.

For a return where the product is not defective, the item must be returned in the same condition in which it was received, including all cups, saucers, packaging, printed materials, accessories and presentation components. Products that have been used, damaged after delivery, or cannot reasonably be returned to their original condition may not be eligible for return, where permitted by law.

Damaged or defective products

If your order arrives damaged, broken, defective, or materially different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible and provide your order details and photographs of the product and packaging.

In accordance with applicable Egyptian consumer-protection requirements, defective products may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of receipt. Where applicable, we will arrange a replacement or refund without additional cost to the customer.

Fragile items

Our tableware is carefully packaged for delivery. If an item arrives broken or damaged in transit, please keep the original packaging and contact us promptly so we can assess the shipment.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be returned using the original payment method where possible. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or bank.
